How to get Log File in Dispatch

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on 'File' from the top-left corner of your screen 

  2. Then hit View Log File
  3. The file will open in Notepad

  4. Go to 'File' and click on 'Save As'
  5. And save it to your Desktop


Note: When IDS need you to send the log file only then you can follow these steps to get the file and send it to IDS staff.
