There will be times when IDS Support will need your IDS 2 Shipping Portal Log to diagnosis issues. This article explains how you can access the log and then send it to IDS Support.
- Login to the IDS Dispatch Client
- Click on the down arrow located in the top left hand side of the IDS Dispatch Client.
- Select "View Log File"
- This will open the IDS Log in Notepad.
- In Notepad, select "File", then "Save As"
- Save the file to your desktop.
- Then attach the file to an email and email the file to email@example.com
