Navigate to the "Search & Edit Trips" tab
How to track a Shipment
Step-by-step guide
- Select Date range for which you want to search the trip.
- Select Trip Status accordingly. (If you choose 'ALL' it will display all of the trips from the selected date range)
- Or you can filter by the company's name.
- Then click on Search besides client Reference field.
- It will display all the results at the bottom of the screen.
- Double click on the trip you want to track.
- Then click on 'Detailed Tracking' button.
- Another window will open in your default web browser. That will show you the Trip Information. (Note: By refreshing the browser window you can check the updated status for the trip later on)
You can copy the link from the browser and send it to your customer to track it as well.
