How to open an Advanced Shipment Tab

To open an “Advanced Shipment” tab, please do the following:

  1. click on “Shipments” in the menu

  2. Then click on “Advanced Shipments”

How to create a shipment

To create a shipment, please do the following:

  1. Select a customer account from the top left hand side of the screen

  2. Then do one of the following:

    1. For an address group:
      (To create and manage address groups, please see the following article: How to manage addresses )

      1. Select an address group from the group dropdown
        (Please note: Address Groups are associated with a Customer Account).

      2. Then click “Select Group”

      3. The addresses names for the selected group will appear in the “Selected Group” section located in the bottom left hand side of the screen

    2. For a single address

      1. Select the address by clicking it with your left mouse button.

      2. Then either do one of two things:

        1. Double click the address.

        2. Or click “Select Address”.

      3. When you have done one of the above actions, you will see the selected address populate the “Selected Address” section on the bottom left hand side of the screen.

  3. In the top right hand side of the screen, select your service level

    1. A breakdown of the special Service Levels are as follows:

      1. Uppc - the selected inventory/product type will have a maximum piece count that can be picked up.

      2. Uppack - the selected inventory/product type will have an unlimited piece count that can be picked up.

      3. Uplift - unlimited product type and piece count can be picked up.

      4. Uptotal - the maximum piece count for a single pick up.

  4. If you had selected Uppc or Uppack in the point above, you will need to do the following. If not skip this step.

    1. Select the product from the “Select Inventory Item” dropdown.

      1. You can use the filter field to find your product. Just start typing in the product’s name.

      2. Then click on the “Select Inventory Item” dropdown to see a filtered list of products.

    2. If the service level is “Uppc”, then enter in the maximum piece count that can be picked up for the selected product.

       

      1. This can be done by typing in the number

      2. Or using the up/down arrow keys

    3. Then click the “Add” button

    4. Your product will now appear in the field below

       

    5. For additional products, please repeat this step as needed for each product.

    6. If you made a mistake and need to remove one of your products, just simply click to highlight and click “Remove”

  5. When you have finished entering everything in and are ready to create your shipments, click the “Save” button

     

  6. This will create your shipments. Depending on how many address and products you have entered in, this can take a few minutes.

Toolbar Buttons

  • Saves and creates your shipments.

 

  • Clears the screen.

Hide Unhide Toolbar

By default, the toolbar is visible. To hide the toolbar, double click any white part of the toolbar.

If the Toolbar is hidden, it will look like this:

To unhide the toolbar, click on "view", then click on "Show Toolbar"

Hot Keys

The first thing you must do is hide the toolbar (see above).

To see your hot keys, look at the top left hand side of the screen.

You will see under each drop-down there is a letter that has been underlined.

If you press the "alt" button on your keyboard and one of the above letters, a drop-down will appear.

For example if you press "alt" and m at the same time, the Manage drop-down will appear.

In the dropdown, you see under each option a letter has been underlined.

If you now press one of those keys, you will trigger the function.

For example, if you now press “c”, you will clear the screen.

To be clear, to clear the screen you would:

  1. Press "alt" and “m” at the same time.

  2. Then you would press “c”
