This article describes how to manage your products.

How to Open the Inventory Tab
Please Note: This module may not be enabled for your company. Contact support if you need to turn this module on.
To open up a “Products” tab, please do the following:
Click “Inventory” in the menu.
This will open a new “Products” tab.
How to Create a Product
To create a new product, please do the following:
Click the “clear” button to ensure all the fields are empty
Then, in the right hand side of the screen, enter in your:
Product's Name
Product’s unique barcode. For example the products UPC, SKU, etc
Please note that the barcode must be an exact match to what is found on the product.
The barcode must be unique. You cannot use the same barcode for multiple product types.
Then click the “Save' button
Then click “Ok”
Your new product will show on the left hand side of the screen.
How to Find an Existing Product
To find an existing product, please do the following:
In the filter box located on the left hand side of the screen.
Type in part of the product's name or barcode.
The list of products will then filter to only show what you typed
How to Edit a Product
To edit an existing product, please do the following:
Find the product you wish to edit (see article above: How to find an existing product )
Then double click that product so that it populates the fields on the right hand side of the screen
Make your changes to the:
Product Name
Product’s barcode
Please note that the barcode must be an exact match to what is found on the product.
The barcode must be unique. You cannot use the same barcode for multiple product types.
Then click the “Save' button
Then click “Ok”
Your edited product will show on the left hand side of the screen.
How to Delete a Product
To delete an existing product, please do the following:
Find the product you wish to delete (see article above: How to find an existing product )
Then click to highlight the product
Then click the “Delete” button.
Then click “yes” to delete
This will remove the product from the list of products located on the left hand side of the screen.
Toolbar Buttons
the selected product will be displayed in the right hand side of the screen so it can be edited.
clears the screen
saves the new product or changes to an existing product
deletes the highlighted product.

Hide Unhide Toolbar
By default, the toolbar is visible. To hide the toolbar, double click any white part of the toolbar.
If the toolbar is hidden, it will look like this:
To unhide the toolbar, click on "View", then click on "Show Toolbar"
Hot Keys
The first thing you must do is hide the toolbar (see above).
To see your hot keys, look at the top left hand side of the screen.
You will see under each drop-down there is a letter that has been underlined.
If you press the "alt" button on your keyboard and one of the above letters, a drop-down will appear.
For example if you press "alt" and “m” at the same time, the manage drop-down will appear.
In the dropdown, you see under each option, a letter has been underlined.
If you now press one of those keys, you will trigger the function.
For example, if you now press “c”, you will clear the screen.
To be clear, to clear the screen you would:
Press "alt" and “m” at the same time.
Then you would press “c”.
Right Click Menu
If you click the right mouse button anywhere that is not within a field, you will see the following menu.
Save - will save your new product or any changes to an existing produce
Clear - will clear the screen.
