IDS Core

IDS Core is supported on Windows 8 and 10.

As of January 2020, Microsoft dropped all support for Windows 7. For more information, please see this article: Windows 7 End of Life

IDS does use Window's .Net libraries. Please ensure your Window's Operating System is update to date.

IDS Mobile

IDS Mobile is supported to work on Android 7,8,9 and 10.

Certain barcoding features work best with a laser scanner device. Please contact IDS Support for more up-to-date details.

IDS does not support iOS and iPhones. For information, please see iPhone and iOS Support

Browser Based Features

Various screens do use an Internet Browser.

IDS supports Chrome and Firefox.

Microsoft dropped support for Internet Explorer and is now recommending Edge. At this time, IDS finds Edge to be to new with too many bugs to support.
