How to Create Credit Limits
Placing a Credit Limit on an account will stop a customer from entering an online order and from calling in an order, when their invoiced amount exceeds their credit limit.
To place a Credit Limit on an account go to the Account Entry Screen. Select the customer account you wish to edit from the Select Account dropdown.
In the Discounting Section, place a dollar amount in the Credit Limit Field.
Then save your changes by pressing the Update Account button on the bottom of the screen.
