How to Back Date a Trip / Shipment

  1. To back date a call, in Trip Entry, in the top right hand side of the screen you will see "Call Time." Change the the date as needed.
  2. Finish entering the rest of the trip as needed, then press "Update Trip"
  3. A pop up will now display saying, "Backdate Trip: Adjust status to VERIFIED? current: 1" with a "Yes" and a "No" button.
    1. If you press the "Yes" button the trip will be set to status "Verified" and will be found on the "Pricing / Posting" Screen.
    2. If you press the "No" button the trip will be set to status "Active" and will be found on the "Dispatch" Screen.
  4. Select the one that fits your need.
