How to Claim the shipments using Kiosk on tablet

You can only use this feature from tablet.

Please use the following instructions to Claim and Verify the shipments. You can only claim the shipment if it has been picked up by another driver and ready to be delivered.

1. Login to the IDS Core using tablet.

2. Click on ‘Kiosk’ from the side menu of the app.
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. It will show you the next screen as:

4. Click on ‘Claim’

5. You will see:
   
   

    

6. Then scan the cage barcode.
   
   

    

7. Then scan shipment barcode.
   
   

    

8. Hit ‘Complete’

9. You will be able to see that shipment in your tablet’s ‘Returns/Uplifts’ screen.
   
   

    

10. To deliver the shipment, go to Kiosk menu again. Click on ‘Verify’ button.
    
    

     

11. Then scan the satchel barcode.

12. Scan item barcode

13. Hit ‘Complete’ and that shipments will be removed from your device.
