How to login

  1. Find and tap the IDS Mobile Icon on your phone

     

  2. You will see this screen when you click on the App Icon from your device

     

  3. Then enter the ‘Account’

     

  4. Enter ‘User Name’

     

  5. Enter ‘Password’

     

  6. Click ‘Sign In’ button

Error Messages and Login Issues

  3. Sign in button is grayed out and you cant click in, please see this article: Sign In Button is grayed out.
