How to Claim the shipments from another driver using Android phone

This article is to help you to learn how to claim the shipments that has been picked up by another driver.

1. Login to the IDS Core as a driver.

2. After you login, click on ‘Claims’.
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Scan the Cage barcode.
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. Now scan the Satchel barcode which you want to claim.
   
   

    

5. It will appear on the screen. Then hit ‘Next’ button.
   
   

    

6. Provide proof of pickup and sign.
   
   

    

7. Then hit ‘Complete’ button to finish the claim.
   
   

    

8. Then you will see the shipment in your ‘Returns/Uplifts’ screen.
