Overview

When you click on the four horizontal bars located in the top right hand side of the screen

You will open IDS Mobile’s menu

(Please note your menu may look slightly different due to your company’s set up/customizations)

Visibility

You can control which shipments are displayed on the Shipments Screen by tapping on the first column’s header

This will open the Visibility pop up

If you select:

  1. All - then all shipments will be displayed on the Shipments Screen.

  2. Pickups - then only shipments in a status of “dispatched” aka “to be picked up” will be displayed on the Shipments Screen.

  3. Deliveries - then only shipments in a status of “picked up” aka “to be delivered” will be displayed on the Shipments Screen.

  4. New - then only shipments that have not been opened up in the Shipment’s Detail screen and then therefore being marked as read, will be displayed.

Primary Sort

You can control the primary sort of the shipments displayed on the Shipments Screen by tapping on the second column’s header

This will open the Primary Sort pop up.

By selecting one of the options, you will create a primary sort of shipments as displayed on the Shipments Screen. The options are as follows:

  1. Status - this will sort the shipments by shipment status.

  2. Shipment id - this will sort the shipments by their IDS Shipment Id.

  3. Due Date/Time - this will sort the shipment by their Due By date and time.

  4. Account id - this will sort the shipments by each shipment's Customer Account Id.

  5. Company - this will sort the shipments by each shipment's Customer Company Name.

  6. Reference - this will sort the shipments by their reference code.

  7. New - this will sort the shipments with New shipments being placed at the top of the list.

Secondary Sort

You can control the secondary sort of the shipments displayed on the Shipments Screen by tapping on the third column’s header

This will open the Secondary Sort pop up.

By selecting one of the options, you will create a secondary sort of shipments as displayed on the Shipments Screen. The options are as follows:

  1. Status - this will sort the shipments by shipment status.

  2. Shipment id - this will sort the shipments by their IDS Shipment Id.

  3. Due Date/Time - this will sort the shipment by their Due By date and time.

  4. Account id - this will sort the shipments by each shipment's Customer Account Id.

  5. Company - this will sort the shipments by each shipment's Customer Company Name.

  6. Reference - this will sort the shipments by their reference code.

  7. New - this will sort the shipments with New shipments being placed at the top of the list.

You can navigate to different screens by selecting those screens from the middle section of the menu.

Please note, your selections will be different depending on your company’s set up and customizations.

Version

You can see your IDS Mobile’s version number near the bottom of the menu.

Sign Out

To sign out, click on the “sign out” button located on the bottom of the menu
