IDS Core files can be found in the following location.

Launch File

IDS Program and Launch files are found here: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\IDS Internet Dispatch Services\Ids Core Client\Ids2aWpf

Open

Configuration Files

Saved configuration files are found here: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Ids2Client

Open

Where [user] is equal to your Windows User name.
