How to Resize Fit IDS Shipping Portal Screen

If you are using an older computer or smaller monitor, you may find that the IDS 2 Shipping Portal might not fit your screen. This article describes how you can resize the screen and activate the scroll bars.

Step-by-step guide


  1. After you have installed (How to Install the IDS 2 Shipping Portal) and launched IDS Shipping Portal
  2. Move your Cursor to the bottom right side of the screen.
  3. When you see the mouse pointer change to this
  4. so that it looks like this:
  5. Then click and drag the screen to fit.
  6. You will also see the Minimum and Maximum Icon in the top right hand side of the screen.
  7. You can click on those to fit the Shipping Portal to your screen.
