Opening a Shipment shows the wrong details

Issue

In this article, we will discuss how to fix when you double click on a Shipment in the:

  1. Search Tab

  2. Dispatch Tab

  3. Drivers Tab

And the Shipment Tab creates a new shipment, instead of showing you the details of your shipment.

Solution

To resolve this issue, please keep a Shipment Tab open at all times or open a Shipment Tab before double clicking on a shipment in one of the other tabs.
