Sign In Button is grayed out

If you cant click the “Sign In” button because its grayed out

When this happens, if you look in the top right hand corner, you will see the rainbow is red (see image above).

This means the device cant connect to the IDS Servers. Most of the time this will mean the device has lost its data connection.
