Error - Invalid credentials

If you receive the following error

Then one of the following is happening;

  1. Account, User name and/or Password fields are incorrect

  2. The user is not enabled.

  3. The user is not assigned to a “driver” based staff role.

To fix this is, try the following.

  1. Carefully re-type in all of the fields (account, user name and password). Make sure you have the case correct.

  2. Login to IDS Mobile, then go to the Staff Members tab . Make sure:

    1. the user has the enable tick box ticked.

    2. the user has a driver based staff role.

    3. that the username is exactly the same as what you are typing into IDS Mobile.

    4. that the password is exactly the same as what you are typing into IDS Mobile.

If this doesnt fix your issue, please contact IDS Support directly and provide them with the following:

  1. The account, user name and password you are typing in.

  2. That you have tried all of the above.
