This page is used for customers who enter shipments online using a browser such as Internet Explorer, FireFox or Chrome.

IDS does not support the use of Windows XP. For more details please see: Windows XP Issues
As of February 2017, IDS does not yet support the use of Microsoft's new browser Edge. However, we are assuming Microsoft will bring Edge up to web standard and we will be able to support Edge in the future.
