Can't see driver's name in the list in IDS Dispatch?

Step-by-step guide

When you have successfully added the driver from Users tab and still you are unable to see it in the list. Follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you have chosen the correct authorization.
  2. Make sure you have checked the 'Is Enabled' checkbox from Users tab.
  3. Make sure you have followed the steps given in the pop-up, after you have finished adding the driver. 


  4. Have you checked the checkbox from 'Open New Drivers Board' Settings tab beside the drivers name?
  5. After you have ticked the checkbox, did you hit the 'Use Selected Drivers' button.
