Dispatch from 'Enter New Trip' or 'Search & Edit Trips'?

Enter New Trip tab

• When you Enter a New Trip
• Assign Driver to it

• Hit Ship now

Doing this does Dispatch the trip to the driver that you chose. You will find this trip in Drivers Board.

Search & Edit Trips Tab

• When you search any trip from certain date or for certain company
• hit Search
• Displays all the trips for that date or company at the bottom of the window
• Double click on the trip that has Active status
• Choose driver from the list to whom you want to dispatch the trip
• Hit Update

• Doing this will also dispatch the trip to the selected driver
• You can find that trip in Drivers Board
