Open the Rate Wizard

To open the Rate Wizard

1. Click on 'File' from the top of the screen.
2. Click on 'Rate Wizard' from the dropdown.
   
3. New window will open.

Service Levels

1. Click on the 'Service Level' tab.
   
2. Then hit 'New' button.
   
3. Enter the Service Level name you wish to add.
   
4. If you wish to add a background colour that will be shown in the Dispatch Tab, click the the dropdown beside the Background Color
   
   
5. After you are done entering all of the Service levels, you will have to click 'Save All' button from the top of the current screen.
   
6. You will be able to see the service at the bottom of the list.
   
7. You can also edit or move the service level up and down using these options.
   

Adding Package Type

This section will describe the steps to add Package Type. 

1. You can add Package Type from the same window.
2. All you have to do is Click on the 'Package Type' button from the left side of the window.
   
3. Click 'New' button
   
4. Then provide the name to the Package Type
   
5. Then hit 'Update' 
6. After you are done adding all, hit 'Save All' from the top of the window.
   
7. It will save the package at the bottom of the list.
8. You can edit, delete or move it up/down as well.

Adding Zone

This section will describe the steps to add zones.

Adding Price Matrix

This section will describe the steps to add price Matrix for your company.
