The following steps will allow your customer to view and print off all the PODs and Signatures for all shipments for a single invoice. 

Step-by-step guide

Once your client has logged into IDS's Online Shipping Webpage:

  1. They will click on "Tracking and Waybills."
  2. In the "Invoice Number Box", they enter in the invoice Number. 

    Your customer can look up the invoice Number online, if they are an "Admin", by clicking on "Invoices and Statements."

  3. Then they click "Search."

  4. Shipments that have a signature will show a signature.

  5. Shipments that have a POD will show a POD.
  6. Please Note: If there is no POD or Signature showing, that is because the driver didnt capture a signature and/or a POD.

 

For Office Staff

If an Office User wants to access this report from IDS's PC Client, then complete following steps:

  1. In IDS's PC Client.
  2. Go to the Account Entry Screen.
  3. Open up the Customer's Account Record that you wish to review.
  4. Click on "Edit Address Book."
  5. This will open up this customer's address book in your internet browser.
  6. Click on "Tracking and Waybills."
  7. Continue from Point 2 in the top section as if you are one of your customers logging in online.
