How to Back Date a Trip / Shipment
- To back date a call, in Trip Entry, in the top right hand side of the screen you will see "Call Time." Change the the date as needed.
- Finish entering the rest of the trip as needed, then press "Update Trip"
- A pop up will now display saying, "Backdate Trip: Adjust status to VERIFIED? current: 1" with a "Yes" and a "No" button.
- If you press the "Yes" button the trip will be set to status "Verified" and will be found on the "Pricing / Posting" Screen.
- If you press the "No" button the trip will be set to status "Active" and will be found on the "Dispatch" Screen.
- Select the one that fits your need.
