There will be times when IDS Support will need your IDS 2 Shipping Portal Log to diagnosis issues. This article explains how you can access the log and then send it to IDS Support.

Step-by-step guide


  1. Login to the IDS Dispatch Client
  2. Click on the Menu button located in the top right hand side of the "Enter New Trip" Screen.
  3. Select "View Log File"
  4. This will open the IDS Log in Notepad.
  5. In Notepad, select "File", then "Save As"
  6. Save the file to your desktop.
  7. Then attach the file to an email and email the file to support@idsapp.com
