The following Article describes how to Update the IDS 2 Shipping Portal Client.
Step-by-step guide
- When IDS provides an update to the Shipping Portal, you will see this appear on the bottom right hand-side of the Shipping Portal screen.
- Click on "Update Available"
- This will then close the Shipping Portal.
- After which, you will see this screen.
- Click on Next.
- On the next screen,
- Click Next (unless you know how and want to alter the install location).
- On the next screen,
- Click the Install button.
- At this point, your computer may show a UAC install warning. Please click Okay or Allow.
- IDS will now install.
- When you see this screen,
- Click "Finish".
- You will now find the IDS Shipping Portal Short Cut on your Desktop and in your list of programs:
