Problem
Microsoft ended support for Windows XP in April 2014: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/WindowsForBusiness/end-of-xp-support
This means that internet browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer), which IDS uses to display Reports, GPS Maps, Audits, Tracking, Address Books and the Online Shipping Tool are no longer supported by Google, Firefox and Microsoft.
Firefox stopped supporting Windows XP. However, users still have access to older versions of Firefox if needed. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1108395
Chrome stopped supporting Windows XP as of April 2016: https://chrome.googleblog.com/2015/11/updates-to-chrome-platform-support.html
Internet Explorer stopped being supported by Mircosoft in April of 2014: http://windows.microsoft.com/is-is/windows/end-support-help
While IDS will continue to work on Windows XP and we will continue to do our best to support the IDS PC client on Windows XP, unfortunately, resolving any issues pertaining to displaying Reports, GPS Maps, Audits, Tracking, Address Books and the Online Shipping Tool, might be impossible due to the fact those browsers are no longer supported by their providers.
We will do our best to resolve any issues, but we maybe locked out for solving your issue due to the above.
Also, do note, IDS 2 will not be support on anything less than Windows 7. That means IDS 2 will not be supported on Windows XP.
IDS strongly encourages you to upgrade your Windows Operating System to a level equal to what is support by Microsoft, FireFox and Chrome.
