How to View Results

  1. Across the top of the search results Search Results section, you will see the following:
    1. Total trips - the total number of shipments returned for your search criteria.
    Beside that, between
    1. Between the ( and ) is the amount of time the search took to complete on the server.
    2. The "Filter" field works as follows:
      1. Type into the filter field.
      2. Only shipment in the results section containing what you typed will be shown.

  2. To sort by a column:
    1. Single click the column header to sort by ascending order.  When you do this, an up arrow will appear in the column header

    2. Double click the column header to sort by descending order. When you do this, a down arrow will appear in the column header

  3. To rearrange the columns, simply:
    1. click the column header and hold the mouse button down
    2. keeping the mouse button down, drag
    3. then place the column header where you want it.
    4. then release the mouse button
  4. To scroll vertically through the results, use the vertical scroll bar located on the right hand side of the screen.
  5. To scroll horizontally through the results, use the horizontal scroll bar located on the bottom of the screen.
  6. To zoom in or out, use the zoom bar located on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
  7. If you double click on a shipment, it will open that shipment in the Shipment Entry Tab.
