How to Create a Search

Step by step guide:

  1. Click on "Search" button from the top of the screen to open the "Search Trip window" tab.
  2. Select the date range for the trip shipment(s) for which you want to search the tripfind.
    You can also select the Start and End status of the trip to filter the trips.

  3. Leave "Show as Local Time" ticked. This is used by companies that work over multiple time zones.

  4. If you know the Trip ID then you can simply enter the ID or you can enter the Client reference.

  5. Image RemovedTo restrict the trips you can use the Company name or Address.

  7. Select the Start and End status of the trip to filter the trips.

  8. To restrict your search to certain Package Types and/or Service Levels, select either in following dropdowns

  9. To restrict your search by Company, Pick Address and/or Delivery Address, select any of the following dropdowns.

  10. Then click 'Search' button.

  1. You can filter the trips further by entering any keyword related to the trips in "Filter" field. It will only show the trips that will have the keyword you used to filter.

  2. Using 'Search Shipments' screen you can also edit the shipments. 
    - Select the shipment which you want to edit, right click on it and hit 'Edit Selected'. It will open in 'Shipment Entry' screen where you can edit and save it.
    - Or you can also select the shipment and hit 'Edit'  from the top of the screen.Then make changes accordingly from the Shipment Entry screen.
  3. Hit 'Clear' button  to clear the screen and perform new search.
