In the Rate Wizard (must be logged into IDS as an Admin) navigate to the Service Level Screen
- Write the Service Level name in Notepad on your computer or on a piece of paper.. Write it down exactly. This includes case. For example, "Regular" needs to be written down as "Regular" not "regular."
- Note any "Cutoff Hrs", this would show in the service level string as "END time:" Example "END time: 1630."
- Note any Valid Packages, this would show in the service level string as "Valid Packages: Standard."
To be clear service level "Strings" are found on the bottom of the service level pop up screen.
An example of a string would be:
Service[Regular, DEL hrs: 0, END time: 1200, Valid Packages: Standard (1)]
- after making your notes, highlight the service level on the bottom of the page.
- Click "Del." Yes, you are deleting it. But remember, we dont actually purge anything, your data is still safely in the database.
- Now create the service level again as you have noted above. BUT with the new "Dispatch Color:" selected.
- Dont forget to press "Update Services NOW", when you are done.
To test you will need to restart IDS. When you test you will see the new colour in the Dispatch Board. Your rates will still work. If you have any issues, please let support know.
