Auto Update
To use IDS Core’s Auto Update auto update mechanism, please do the following.:
Login to IDS Core (for help logging in please see this article: How to Login into IDS Core.)
If there is an update available, after a few minutes, you will see “Update Available” in the top right hand side of IDS Core.
Click on “Update Available” as is found in the top right hand side of the IDS Core (as in image above).
A install pop up will appear, click the “Install” button.
This will open up the IDS Installer. Click on the “next” “Next” to start the installer.
On the next screen, click “Next” again.
The installer will now install the IDS Core Update.
When the installer has completed it will shut down.
Find the IDS Core Icon and double click to launch,
Login back into IDS Core and you are done updating . You have successfully updated IDS Core.
