- after making your notes, highlight the service level on the bottom of the page.
- Click "Del." Yes, you are deleting it. But remember, we dont actually purge anything, your data is still safely in the database.
- Then press update!
- Now create the service level again as you have noted above. BUT with the new "Dispatch Color:" selectedyour change..
- Dont forget to press "Update Services NOW", when you are done.
To test you will need to restart IDS. When you test you will see the new colour in the Dispatch Board. Your rates will still work. If you have any issues, please let support know.
