      1. Erase all the login fields that are pre-populated.

      2. Type Retype in your account, username and password into Notepadso you can see them clearly.

      3. Then copy and paste the account, username and password - one at a time - from Notepad to the login screen.

  6. Have another user who has access to the “Staff” tab check your login credentials and profile.
