This Guide will explain how to claim a shipment from another driver or when it is passed off at the warehouse.
To claim a shipment scan the shipment ID with the barcode scanner.
The scanned shipment will appear below. Press the "Next" button to claim the shipment.
Provide your name and sign for the shipment(s) you are picking up.
Press "Finalize" to claim the shipment(s).
The shipment(s) will now show in the DSD Return screen.
