How to Change the Order of the Package Type/Service Level dropdowns on the Trip Entry and Shipnow Screens.
This article will help you change the order of Package Types and/or Service Levels in their dropdowns in the Trip Entry and the Shipnow Screens.
For Service Levels
- Logged into IDS's PC Client as an "admin."
- Go to the wizard dropdown.
- Select the "Rate Wizard."
- Select "Next" once.
- You are now on the Service Level Screen.
- On the bottom section of this screen you will see a list of your Service Levels.
- You will also see the following buttons: Add, Del, Up, Down.
- The order of Service Levels in this section, matches the order of Service Levels listed on the Service Levels Dropdown on the Trip Entry Screen and on the Ship Now Screen.
- By selecting a Service Levels and clicking on the Up or Down buttons, you can change the order of the Service Levels Dropdown on the Trip Entry Screen and the Ship Now Screen.
- When you are done, click "Update Services NOW" and restart your IDS PC Client.
For Package Types

- By selecting a package type and clicking on the Up or Down buttons, you can change the order of the Package Dropdown on the Trip Entry Screen and on the Ship Now Screen.
- When you are done, click "Update Packages NOW" and restart your IDS PC Client.
