Instructions

Once you have logged into the IDS 2 Dispatch PC Client as a user with Admin Privileges.

1. Click on the Admin Tab
   
2. Once in the Admin Screen, you will be working in the Service Levels/Package Types section
   

How to Create Service Levels

1. To Create a new Service Level, click the "New" button in the "Manage Service Levels' Section.
   
2. Then type in your new service level here:
   
3. Then click "Save".
   
4. Your new Service Level will now appear at the bottom of your list of Service Levels.

How To Delete Service Levels

1. To delete a Service Level, select the unwanted Service Level in the "Manage Service Levels" Section
   
2.  Then click the "Delete" button.
   
3. Then click "Yes" in the pop up.
   
4. The Service Level will be removed.

How to Change the Service Level Dropdown Order

1. To change the order of a Service Level in the Service Level dropdown, click the service level you want to move so its highlighted.
   
2. Then click the "Up" or "Down" button to move the highlighted Service Level up or down.

How to Create Package Types

1. To Create a new Package Type, click the "New" button in the "Manage Package Types' Section
   
2. Then type in your new Package Type here:
   
3. Then click "Save"
   
4. Your new Package Type will now appear at the bottom of your list of Package Type.
