How to Audit Staff

This article will help you to see the audit trail for the staff members who log into or log out of IDS PC Client and IDS 2a App.

Instructions

Step by step guide:

  1. Click on 'Audit' button from the menu. 
  2. Choose 'Staff' from the dropdown.
  3. The "Staff audit trail" tab will open.
  4. Select a "From Date"
  5. Select a "To Date"
  6. If you wish to only see an audit for  one user then do the following:
    1. Check the box beside "Search by user"
    2. Then from the "User" dropdown, select the Staff Member you wish to audit
  7. Keep "Show As Local Time" ticked
  8. Then click the "Search" button
  9. Your audit will then appear on the bottom of the screen.
