When you Delete a shipment, it is not being removed/purged from the IDS Database, it is just a special status called, "Deleted". If a shipment is set to Deleted by mistake or needs to be un-deleted for any reason, please contact your delivery provider directly. They will be able to un-delete the shipment. |
