IDS Dispatch provides limited Support. 

Support is limited to:

  1. Use of this online Knowledge Base.
  2. Report of a software bug within IDS Dispatch PC Client and/or the IDS App Standard Edition.
  3. IDS will not support, nor take any responsibility for any issues that arise from operating IDS in a Non-Standard way, including use of IDS on a Non-Standard Windows Operating System or Hardware Set up.
  4. IDS will not support, nor take any responsibility for any issues that arise from operating IDS on any computer or mobile device that does not have a industry standard high speed internet connection. 
  5. IDS will not support, nor take any responsibility for any issues that arise from operating IDS on any computer or mobile device that is using:
    1. a satellite internet connection.
    2. a tethered hot spot.
    3. a mobile hot spot inside a motor vehicle.
    4. a dial up internet connection.
