- Report of a software bug within IDS Dispatch PC Client and/or the IDS App Standard Edition.
- IDS will not support, nor take any responsibility for any issues that arise from operating IDS in a Non-Standard way, including use of IDS on a Non-Standard Windows Operating System or Hardware Set up.
- IDS will not support, nor take any responsibility for any issues that arise from operating IDS on any computer or mobile device that does not have a industry standard high speed internet connection.
- IDS will not support, nor take any responsibility for any issues that arise from operating IDS on any computer or mobile device that is using:
- a satellite internet connection.
- a tethered hot spot.
- a mobile hot spot inside a motor vehicle.
- a dial up internet connection.
