This article describes how to update your existing installed IDS 2 App on an Android phone.

To update your existing IDS 2 App on an Android phone, please do the following:
- Login into your IDS 2 App on your phone and visit any screen within the app.
- After a few minutes, you will see in the top right hand side of the screen, "Update Available"
- Once you see the above, log out of IDS.
- Then click on and open up IDS App 2. When you do, you will see a pop up saying, "Installing a software Update." Select, ok to continue.
- Depending on your phone, you will see a similar screen as below; however, some phones will show the background colour as black. Click on "Install."
- The update will install. This might take a few minutes.
- When it's done, click, "Done."
- Then log back into IDS as per usual.
