  1. Login to the IDS Dispatch Client
  2. Click on the Menu button down arrow located in the top right left hand side of the "Enter New Trip" ScreenIDS Dispatch Client.

  3. Select "View Log File"

  4. This will open the IDS Log in Notepad.
  5. In Notepad, select "File", then "Save As"
  6. Save the file to your desktop.
  7. Then attach the file to an email and email the file to support@idsapp.com
