- Login to the IDS Dispatch Client
- Click on the Menu button down arrow located in the top right left hand side of the "Enter New Trip" ScreenIDS Dispatch Client.
- Select "View Log File"
- This will open the IDS Log in Notepad.
- In Notepad, select "File", then "Save As"
- Save the file to your desktop.
- Then attach the file to an email and email the file to support@idsapp.com
