The following Article describes how to login in the IDS 2 Shipping Portal Client.

Step-by-step guide

  1. After clicking on the IDS Shipping Portal Icon
  2. You will be greeted with the login screen.
  3. Enter in the login credentials that was provided to you by your Delivery Company.
  4. Then press the "Login" button.
  5. If you see "Invalid Login Details"
  6. Then:
    1. Carefully retype your login credentials.
    2. Check your computer's internet.
    3. Contact your Delivery Company and ask them to confirm and/or reset your login details.
