There will be times when IDS Support will need your IDS 2 Shipping Portal Log to diagnosis issues. This article explains how you can access the log and then send it to IDS Support.
Step-by-step guide
- Login to the IDS 2 Shipping Portal (How to Login)
- Click on the Menu button located in the top right hand side of the "Enter New Trip" Screen.
- Select "View Log File"
- This will open the IDS Log in Notepad.
- In Notepad, select "File", then "Save As"
- Save the file to your desktop.
- Then attach the file to an email and email the file to support@idsapp.com
