Microsoft ended support for Windows XP in April 2014: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/WindowsForBusiness/end-of-xp-support
This means that as of April of 2014, there has been no security patches. As per Microsoft's bulletin, "Security updates patch vulnerabilities that may be exploited by malware and help keep users and their data safer. PCs running Windows XP after April 8, 2014, should not be considered to be protected, and it is important that you migrate to a current supported operating system."
This means that internet browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer), which IDS uses to display Reports, GPS Maps, Audits, Tracking, Address Books and the Online Shipping Tool are no longer supported by Google, Firefox and Microsoft.

While IDS will continue to work on Windows XP and we will continue to do our best to support the IDS PC client on Windows XP, unfortunately, resolving any issues pertaining to displaying Reports, GPS Maps, Audits, Tracking, Address Books and the Online Shipping Tool, might be impossible due to the fact those that internet browsers are no longer supported by their providers on Windows XP.
We will do our best to resolve any issues, but we maybe locked out for solving your issue due to the above.
