IDS 2 App's notifications for new/deleted trips are "normal" Android App Notification notifications, which are controlled by your android in Android just like any other notification.
Based on your Android Version, you can control the sounds and volume. For each Android version, please click on one of the links below.
To find out what verision version of Android you are running on your phone, do the following.:
- On the Android Phone.
- Go to "Settings."
- Then "About deviceDevice"
- Then look for "Android Version"
- If you dont see Android Version on that screen then click on "Software Information", then look for "Android Version"
- The Android version will be a number, such as 7.0, 4.3.1, etc.
