- Open IDS PC clientÂ
- Go to 'Window' and then select 'Scheduling'
- It will open the scheduling screen. But it won't show the current schedules for that server.
- Hit 'Refresh' to see all the trips and then double .
- Double click on the trip that you want to move.
- It will open the trip in 'Trip Entry' screen, then you can copy the trip id for that trip.
- Then you can download and open the PC client from Scheduling screen from PC Client( for another server (to where you want to move the schedule shipments).
Go to 'Scheduling' screen. - Then entered the ID in 'Trip ID' field.
- Then Select the trigger time.
- Select the Days from , Trigger Time and select the days from the top of the screen for which you want this schedule to be triggered.
- You can also choose the route to auto assign the shipments. (Note: The drop down will only show the names for routes. If you want to assign this to driver then you would have to make that driver route)
- And hit 'Add'. It will add the schedule and
- Now you will be able to see it the schedule in the list.
- After it is added successfully, you would have to remove the same from another server to avoid any problem in the system.
